Cherry Protection

Background

You play as one of the flowers on a cherry tree. Your goal is to avoid being eaten and defend yourself for as long as possible

Gameplay

Bugs are attacking your flower, and your goal is to fight them off. You can control the petals—you have five petals in total—using the QWEKL keys. You can't hold down multiple petals at once. To defend yourself from a bug, hold down the key the petal the bug is attacking. If you fail to defend yourself, you lose HP, but if you succeed, you gain HP. You only have six lives, so your goal is to survive as long as possible.

Installing the game

1. Download the archive
2. Unzip
3. Read the license
4. Open cherryProtestion.exe

Most of the game is made entirely by humans, without the use of artificial intelligence, it includes:

• Sprites
• Music
• Code

AI was used for:

• Translation of the text into English
• Finding bugs in the code and their causes (the coder didn't allow the AI to fix them directly, but fixed the bug himself based on a hint)
